Method to Change Headings Font in Squarespace Site

Select Edit on top of preview page and then click ‘Paint Brush’ icon on the top right side in Squarespace to open Site Styles, and select Fonts.

Click on arrow or font name next to a text type. For example, if you wish to change font family for headings, click arrow next to Headings.

On Headings panel, click font name, next to Family. In Family panel of fonts, click on ‘Browse All Fonts’ to open list of hundreds of fonts.

Here, you can scroll list of almost 1600 available fonts through slider. Alternatively, you can search some specific font family in the search box. Select your favorite font and it will be instantly applied for all headings on website.

Method to Change Headings Font to in Squarespace

Similarly, you can apply specific font for paragraphs, buttons, and miscellaneous elements. Miscellaneous category includes text elements where heading or paragraph fonts are not assigned, such as quote block or meta.

Similarly, you can apply some different custom font to title of blog posts - not headings. See more detail in next section of ‘Assign Styles’ on this page. You can also choose some unique font family for site navigation menu. At micro level, you also have the option to select unique and different font for quote blocks, newsletter, restaurant menu.
