Block a website on Google Chrome mobile without Extension
Update:
The following method was valid in previous settings of Google Chrome (up to 2023). But now, the following method does not work because, in new settings, when you select, “Allow third-party cookies”, the option for “ADD SITE EXCEPTION” does not appear below.
However, if you want a specific website from tracking you, then you may read the method in this article.

Click three dots … on top right corner of screen in Chrome Android.
In Chrome mobile phone, click Settings, then Site settings, then Third-Party Cookies.
Here, select Allow cookies option.
Click ADD SITE EXCEPTION.
Here write a website URL, which you want to block.

You may see result for that website in search engine, but that website will be unable to open in Chrome browser. The website will also be unable to send you notifications.
To unblock the website, access same settings, tap on the blocked site and click ‘Remove’ option.
Example: www.godaddy.com and www.uk.godaddy.com, and careers.godaddy.com, are three separate websites. To block all three, enter each of them separately. This is just an example.
How to block or allow a specific website in Google Chrome Mobile?
To block a certain website or its cookies on an Android phone, tap on "ADD SITE EXCEPTION" option. You get there by Settings → Site settings → Third-party → ADD SITE EXCEPTION.
How to block or allow a specific website in Google Chrome on computer?
To block a website on a PC, simply click on the "Add" button found at the bottom of the Cookies page. You can access this page by navigating through Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party Cookies.
This action will prevent the website from opening on your device.
