Google Chrome Account Settings | Create and Delete Chrome Profile
Here are the account settings in Google Chrome for creation of new browser profile as well as other settings.
How to Access Google Profile and Account from Chrome Browser?
You can access settings for changes in profile and account through following navigation in Chrome browser.
Click three dots… on top right corner of screen in Chrome browser → Settings → You and Google.
In Android phone, open Chrome and click on profile picture on top left corner.

Create Additional Profile for Google Chrome
You can add additional profiles; for example, one personal profile and another for your business or work. Please note that after adding a new profile, Chrome browser in new profile will appear in default settings which you can customize one by one. You can easily switch to your preferred profile here.
Sometimes, additional Chrome profiles can be very helpful, for example, if you have two or more YouTube channels, you can access second YouTube Studio in second Chrome profile, without switching accounts.
To create a new profile, click on your profile image in top right corner of browser window.
How to Uninstall or Delete Chrome Browser
In your Windows, Mac or Linux computer, Chrome browser can be easily uninstalled.
Click ‘Start’ button (Windows logo) on your Windows computer and scroll through list of apps and right-click on the icon of Chrome browser and then select Uninstall.
In Android mobile phone, Chrome browser is installed by default and you cannot delete it. However, if you do not want it to appear on screen, you can disable it by going into settings and selecting Apps & notifications.

Change Profile Photo with an Avatar in Chrome Browser
On ‘You and Google’ page in settings, select ‘Customize your Chrome profile’ option and on next page, under ‘Pick an avatar’ you have the option, either to keep your own photo of Google account or select an avatar from the list.
How to Change Profile Image in Google Account?
On ‘You and Google’ page in settings, select ‘Manage your Google Account’ option and the account page, click camera icon on profile photo. Select either ‘Google Photos’ or ‘From computer’ options to change the photo.

Please note that this change applies to your primary Google account and profile picture will automatically be changed in all other assets of your Google account, for example in Google Maps, Chrome, Keep, Gmail, YouTube, Drive.
